Bitesize Breakfast Briefing: Changes to DEFRA guidelines on GHG emissions

11 July 2014 by Ailsa Burns

DEFRA have changed the guidelines for calculating greenhouse (GHG) emissions.  If your company uses the DEFRA guidelines, then the potential exists for your company to experience significant shifts in both individual emission factors and overall Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.  These changes have been published as part of DEFRA’s greenhouse gas conversion factors for company report: methodology paper for emission factors.  Our Environmental Leader article gives you an overview of the changes to the DEFRA guidelines.

SustainIt, the leading sustainability data consultancy, are inviting you to attend a free online Bitesize Breakfast Briefing on Wednesday, 30th July from 9.30am to 10am (BST).  This webinar will cover how the changes to the guidelines could impact your company.  To register, please contact Ailsa Burns on a.burns@sustainitsolutions.com or 0117 325 4168.
